Oman Oquendo is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the international oil industry. He graduated from the Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela and holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to his extensive background in drilling production, and reservoir management, Oman is recognized as a reserves auditor and a competent person according to PRMS rules. Currently based in Houston, Texas, he continues to contribute his expertise to the field, specializing in oil and gas asset management and consulting.

We have a strong foundation in the classification, analysis, estimation, evaluation, and certification of hydrocarbon reserves. MSc. PE. Oman Oquendo. He has extensive leadership and technical experience in oil and gas operations, is a Certified Auditor and Evaluator of Hydrocarbon Resources, and is proficient in various industry standards. His successes include drilling, production, strategic planning and project management, with a focus on integrated asset management, EOR/IOR processes, and conventional/unconventional reservoir characterization. He also has experience in geothermal evaluation and CCUS and was a former Associate Professor in Reservoir Engineering at the University of Zulia, Venezuela.
MSc, PE Luis Hernandez. He is a Senior Petroleum Engineer holding a Master's degree, with expertise in the Upstream Value Chain of the oil sector. He oversees well drilling, reconditioning, wireline activities, and reservoir control, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. His professional experience includes positions a Senior Drilling Advisor in Indonesia and an Integrated Reservoir Analyst in Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago, as well as serving as a technical instructor across various nations. He is a competent person for Reserves an Resources evaluation and estimation.
MSc, PE Luis Garibaldi. A results-driven with 29 years of experience in petroleum and reservoir engineering, reserves estimation, and asset evaluations using economic modeling for optimal development strategies. Expert in stochastic simulation optimization to analyze uncertainties and decision variables. Possesses international experience in reservoir studies and strategic decision framing, employing-End Loading (FEL) methodology for risk-aware economic analysis and reserves evaluation (PRMS-SEC regulations). Skilled in data-driven modeling challenges and fostering team collaboration for exceptional results.
PE. Manuel Garrido. Senior Petrophysicist with extensive background in the geoscience area and more than 30 years of professional experience at the service of Oil & Gas companies, both with Operator (PDVSA, Vetra E&P) and Service companies (Baker Hughes, Gaffney-Cline, Halliburton, Schlumberger). Strong skills in challenging formation evaluations including sand, carbonate, and unconventional shale reservoirs.
MSc. GE Clive Ferebee. He has held managerial and technical roles with international oil companies as as medium and small petroleum firms. His experience includes successfully launching companies in three countries, focusing on field acquisitions, contract negotiations, planning, and development. He has overseen significant greenfield development initiatives and has been accountable for discoveries across three continents.
MSc. GE. Esteban Soriano. Geological Engineer holding a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, with 35 years of consultant experience in the exploration and exploitation of oil fields, particularly in marine environments in the southeastern Gulf of Mexico. Leader of multidisciplinary teams focusing on generating and updating reservoir geological models field delimitation, and reserve calculations. My expertise includes evaluating and executing extraction plans, developing fields, and managing marine field exploitation projects to production from wells and surface infrastructure. I possess extensive technical knowledge in sedimentology, stratigraphy, structural geology, and petrophysics of various petroleum systems in the Gulf of Mexico, along experience in seismic processing and interpretation, and managing multidisciplinary geoscience teams.
Econ. Rixio Soto. With 40 years of experience in developing economic and financial for the oil industry across multiple countries, specialized in economic reserve certification and evaluations of investment projects in oil, gas, transportation, focusing on project portfolio optimization and risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations. My expertise includes financial management of service contracts, analysis of financial statements, and technical audits, employing methodologies like ABC and tools such as Excel and Crystal Ball.
